Mastermind Tutorial

Your profile information, including your photo and name, is synced directly from your main GFAVIP profile.

When you click into a Mastermind event from your dashboard, you'll see the main hub. Use the tabs at the top to navigate between sections:

• Overview: The agenda, top voted sessions, and key event information at a glance.
• Sessions: All discussion topics — vote on the ones you want to cover and join the conversation.
• People: The full attendee directory. See who else is attending, their expertise, and click to view their GFAVIP profiles.
• Resources: Any files, slides, or documents the host has shared securely with the group.
• Accountability: Quick access to the Accountability Hub for post-event tracking.

Instead of one giant feed, discussions are broken down into specific Sessions (topics).

• Voting: Before the event, the host may open voting. You will have a set number of votes to allocate to the topics you want to cover most. Click the "Vote" button to allocate a vote. You can always click "Voted" to remove your vote if you change your mind.
• Discussions: Click into any session to join the conversation. You can post questions, share updates, and even attach files (like spreadsheets or screenshots) directly to that specific topic.
• Editing: Made a typo? You can edit your own posts by clicking the small edit icon next to them.

The real value of a mastermind happens after the event. The Accountability Hub helps you execute your goals.

• Set Commitments: Post 1–3 key takeaways you promise to execute.
• Go Public: Toggle "Public to Group" to post your goal on the Group Wall. Public commitments harness the power of social pressure to keep you on track!
• Find a Partner: Don't go it alone. Select an accountability partner from the list of attendees.
• Log Check-ins: Once partnered, log your calls or check-ins to build a streak and maintain momentum.
